Shift Fish was created by restaurant owners whose mission it is to lead with generosity by giving the gift of time back to our teams.
For years now, the restaurant industry has used weekly scheduling as a means to hold onto a false sense of control over their employees. Time off requests would be scrutinized & would have to go through multiple series of checks & balances.
Availability changes would go through a similar maze of frustrations as one manager may approve & another may reject the need to change what days & times a team member was available to work. This is a dated process, that was in desperate need of change. At Shift Fish, we have made it our mission to revolutionize restaurant scheduling for the benefit of employees & employers alike.
